People respond differently to promotional materials they receive in their inboxes – something an Email Marketing Company should take into consideration. Even those who decided to receive material via email might still consider the sender as spam. This behavior can be explained. When someone opts in, she could have been promised to be sent materials, but the company may have failed to deliver. Or the promotional materials sent were poorly prepared. Advise those who opt in what’s coming their way and deliver promised materials on time. Recipients usually want to be able to choose how often they’ll get emailed materials. After all, some people are only after the promotions and discounts. Allowing recipients to get only the materials they want and delivering them on time tends to secure more responsive customers and prospects.
