Email Marketing – When Relationships Translate Into Sales



One way to increase your number of customers and cultivate relationships with old ones is through Email Marketing. Email marketing is comprised of two dynamic steps. The first step is amassing new data from the new or current customer. Once the prospect or customer has updated his information, step two involves sending regular promotions to the email list you’ve built. This is not spamming, as you secure permission from your prospects and customers that you will be sending them promotional material. This kind of permission marketing discourages deceptive practices, so email marketers must keep their promises. Email marketing’s goal of course is to boost sales; the way to do that is to keep communication lines open between the company and the customer or prospect.
